For non-UOLSS™ Licensee contracts and events, if you fail to inform us within the time required (refer to the terms of special workshop/ events, etc.) that you cannot attend a workshop, you will be charged the entire workshop or event fee.

Our flexible rescheduling policy allows you to transfer your enrollment to another workshop at any time without penalty as long as you inform us within 2 business days before the workshop begins.

We accept various forms of payment for our UOLSS™ workshops and special events including: Check, Money Order, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Diners, EFT (US only), Direct Deposit, and Wire Transfer. If you prefer, your organization may be invoiced for your workshop or individual payments are welcome.

You will receive a comprehensive course manual containing, checklists, samples, exercises, and references. The manual is used throughout the workshop. It is a comprehensive toolkit and a model for your own knowledge resource.

We offer a three months support service on our UOLSS™ workshops. Provide the date, time, receipt information and we’ll follow up with an initial thirty minutes initial intake of your concerns, then schedule a free workshop on us.

There will be many opportunities to learn from each other and with the master trainer. We rotate the seating arrangements so you meet and learn from your peers.

Additionally, at the end of each day our master trainer will hold an optional Q&A session where you can discuss and problem-solve any non-workshop related training issues. The session is facilitated by the instructor and provides an informal networking opportunity for you. 

And finally, some participants may decide to go out to dinner as a group. Participants have said this type of social activity has been invaluable for building contacts, advancing learning, and discussing key concerns – and it certainly helps build camaraderie. There are many networking opportunities!

A laptop is not required for our UOLSS™ workshops. We encourage you to take notes directly in the workshop manual provided for easy reference back on the job. Your manual will contain practical exercises, checklists, samples and other tools to streamline your takeaway. After the workshop, these tools will be available electronically through your personal My UOLSS™ account.
